There are three colleagues of my company who need to RDP to the Windows 2003 server at the same time. There is restriction of the Windows 2003 that the maximum number of concurrent connection is 2. If I use the Remote Utilities to RDP to the server, does it still limit the maximum number of concurrent connection?

On the other hand, when I try to use the Remote Utilities to RDP to the server, it is unsuccessful. Viewing the host log of the server, it said:
Exception: No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page (EEncodingError)

Any advice? Thank you very much!

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

The RDP mode in Remote Utilities only launches the native MS RDP client, nothing else. However, it allows you to use Remote Utilities as transport when connecting using RDP via the Internet (the RDP-over-ID feature).

I will consult our developers about this error that you receive and get back to you soon.
