Automatically Skip Printing Dialogues for Remote Printing

Hello,
I have tried Remote Utilities in order to access a PC in my head office from a PC in one of my retail stores (both running Win 7 Home Premium). The PC in the office (host) runs my Point-of-Sale-System (POS) and the POS is used via the PC in my store (viewer). Everything runs great with minimal lag (even with not so great bandwidth speed), however I have encountered one crucial problem.
After registering a purchase in the POS, the POS automatically triggers the printing of the receipt. This will normally just print the receipt directly without showing any printing dialogue. However, when trying to print the receipt via remote printing in the store, the Remote Utilities printing dialogue (and the printing settings on the viewer) will always come up. This means two more steps are necessary to print the receipt, even though all the printing setting are always the same. Is there any way I can set the remote printing in a way that the receipt is printed right away (with standard settings) without any dialogues whatsoever? I am also open for pointers in regards to customized coded ways to achieve this, if possible.
This is very important to me as this makes working with the POS unacceptable (from a business operations point of view) and I am looking to roll out a POS via Remote Utilities setup in more stores as it seems to be quite a bit faster than our current setup (via VPN).
Please let me know any thoughts you might have. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you.
Mathias

Hello Mathias,
Thank you for your post.
I understand what you are looking for. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to skip the window in the current version. However, I will forward your suggestion to our team and we will see if it's possible to implement such an option.

Hi Conrad,
Thank you for the quick reply.
Any idea when and if this feature will be implemented? Is it worth waiting for?
I am considering automating the printing dialogue with UIPath for the time being but that will probably come with its problems as well...
Kind regards,
Mathias
