RU Self Hosted Server, unable to get any connection

Hello, I am setting up a test enviroment with a RU Self-Hosted-Server, but I have not been able to connect any host or user.
• Ports 5655 and 5670 are ok when tested at canyouseeme.org
• I did create am Admin user, but login from RU Viewer is not working, it keeps retrying.
• Connection from a RU Host is unsuccessful.
• All connection settins are by default, but the RU Host says "Connection not available"

I’ve already researched your website’s Documentation, Knowledge and Community links, but there are not references about this issue.

Am I skipping something?

Could you please provide us the Host log files for examination? You can locate the Host logs in the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Remote Utilities - Host\Logs\ and send the files to support@remoteutilities.com.
