Connection Modes
Remote Utilities allows you to perform a variety of tasks on the remote computer—view the remote screen, control its mouse cursor, send keystrokes, transfer files, send command line commands, and many others. You can use a dedicated connection mode for each of these tasks.
Full Control and View
With Full Control mode, you can view the remote desktop and optionally - control its mouse cursor and send keystrokes. Alternatively, use the RDP mode to run the native RDP client with all the benefits of Remote Utilities address book.
File Transfer
Use File Transfer mode to send and receive files to and from the remote computer over an encrypted channel in a two-panel file manager window.
Power Control
Power Control has all the necessary options to remotely restart, shut down, lock, reboot in safe mode, put to sleep, and even turn the monitor of the remote computer on and off.
Administration Modes
Terminal, Task Manager, Execute, Inventory Manager and Remote Registry make it easier to administer the remote computer without directly controlling the remote desktop.
Communication Modes
Use Text Chat, Send Message, and Voice & Video Chat to communicate with the user at the remote machine. These modes are especially helpful during a remote support session.
