Nothing will connect in multiple locations already upgraded to 7x has been working fine for weeks till now

This looks like it is a "free license" issue again. I am able to access computers using my laptop with the paid license key but not able to access those same computers on a different laptop with the free license installed..

I hadn't noticed a "sign in" button in the upper right corner before. Has this been there since the update? Or is this new this morning?
