List of IP used by your software

Hello I am security analyst, and our controls flagged this IP 66.23.226.254 as potentially malicious and our investigation into the machine, led us to your software, and want to know if this is an IP in use by your company . I have noted other posts indicating that this has happened a few times. I was wondering if you can confirm if this is the case here, and if possible to make available all IPs you are using so we (and others) can avoid playing whack-a-mole.

Thank you for your message.

This IP address is used by our servers. Unfortunately, we do not provide exact IP addresses used by our servers since we always add new servers. The best thing you can do in this case is to add the DNS name id.remoteutilities.com to the exception list since it’s used for our primary servers. This way you should always have access to it even if we replace our add new servers.
