Windows Agent log file time entries

Did anyone also notice in the log file of the Agent for Windows application the difference in time.
For example: Windows time is 11:25am. The log file content shows -00:25:00:032

Seems like it is taking the computers BIOS time.

Anyone know how to correct this?

Hello William,

Thank you for your message.

The default time zone used in log files is UTC. Could you please let us know what is the time zone where your Agent machine is located?

Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Pauline,

thanks for your reply.
All is located in Australia. In fact they are on the same physical machine running Proxmox.
So an Agent is running in a virtual machine Windows 10. The Viewer is on another vm also Windows 10.
I have setup another vm also Windows 10 to be a dedicated RU server. All going through that.
I am using a Free license for up to 10 connections.
I only started off using Remote Utilities yesterday.
[censored] is giving me hard time and I am in need for a better friendlier solution.

Hello William,

Thank you for the clarification.

I’ll additionally check with our developers regarding the time display in logs.

I’ll get back to you with an update on this shortly.
