Problems installing the host.

Windows 64.  Version 7.2.2 of remote utilites.  After the last update, the host went offline.  I ran Start Host with no success. The app was uninstalled and reinstalled.  Now I have an error message saying the item 'rutserv.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved.  I had removed, restart the pc, download the app, and installed it again for several times with no success.

Thank you for your message.

Please try using this Microsoft tool that can help to automatically fix issues when you’re blocked from installing/updating or removing software. Just download the troubleshooting, run it on your Host machine and follow the steps provided by the wizard.
