Logged on but not connecting

So this happens with only one of my connections and seems to happen intermittently. I figure that means there is an issue with the remote PC. I try to connect and have the hold screen with the world made up of ones and zeros for a long time, greater than 20 minutes. I close it out and on the screen in Viewer that shows all of my connections, this connection has a green icon and is under "Logged on". I click on it and it goes back to trying to connect but I don't get to see the remote screen. Could it be that a Microsoft update or the firewall is closing the port? Or is there something else to look at?

Thank you for your message.

Could you please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature in the Host Settings -> Other tab? After enabling the feature, please make sure to restart your Host to apply changes.
