Shadowing RDP Sessions on Windows Server 2012 R2

When connecting to my Windows Server 2012 R2 via RemoteUtilities, I can connect fine, but only to the console. If I click the "Terminal Sessions" dropdown from the RemoteUtilities Viewer toolbar, it shows all the active user sessions, but when I click on one, nothing happens (screen does not change to their session).

Do you have any ideas?

I have all permissions enabled in RU Server config for my NT user.

You probably mean Host rather than RU Server.

Restarting the remote machine should fix the issue.
