Version 1803 April Update (and others) can't connect

Hi all,

There's nothing wrong with RU but each time there's a major Win 10 update, I cannot get to the RU site and my Viewer will no longer connect to clients that I've helped ok previously.

When  I try to access the RU Site I get;

"Cannot securely connect to this page

This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.

Try this:
•Go back to the last page"

Last time it happened, RU started working again after a while but with the recent Win 10 update applied earlier this week the problem has returned.

It's the same for Edge and I've tried all the suggestions of SSL and TLS.

Any ideas please?

Hello David,

The site uses a valid EV SSL certificate. You can check the server in this  SSL Certificate Checker by Digicert. Just enter "www.remoteutilities.com" in the field, select "Check for common vulnerabilities" and click "Check server".
