how to capture remote audio

Hi all,
I get the free version of RU
started the portable viewer and installed the .msi host on server, both client and server have win7pro
once connected, full control, I started the audio capture feature but it seems not to work...
no audio from mic no sounds from pc
do you know what I should do/enable?

just a doubt: is it correct to use the viewer (on my pc) and the host on the server? do I also need the RU server?

i just tried launching portable beta viewer and remotely installing beta host .msi
not used RU server package
the same behaviour, if i click on "audio capture" no sounds from remote pc (what I would like is to hear when someone speak into the mic)
More, once connected, I also tried: "other modes" - "remote camera", but I got an error, copied following:

Yes, correct. No, you don't have to use the self-hosted server for the Internet-ID connection, because you can connect via our public infrastructure (the default option).just a doubt: is it correct to use the viewer (on my pc) and the host on the server? do I also need the RU server?
Remote sound capture means capturing remote playback (sound produced by output devices).the same behaviour, if i click on "audio capture" no sounds from remote pc (what I would like is to hear when someone speak into the mic)
