MSI Configurator options.ini

I would be nice to have some MSI Configurator options.ini or something along those lines. That way when it comes time to create a new MSI because of an update all of our custom settings would be in a file that the MSI Configurator could pull from.

We already have this feature in our wish list and we plan to release it in our upcoming updates in the nearest future.
