Remote Utilities has nothing to do with it. The path on the screenshot is C:\Windows\SysWOW4\RWLN.dll.

It could be an older version detected by Dr.Web. I remember we sent a false positive report to them some time ago asking to stop detecting legitimate software as a virus.

What version do you use? Try to upgrade to latest version.

Seems like only Dr.Web marks that as a "potentially dangerous program". This definition literally means potentially dangerous, not dangerous. But you can send a false positive request here: https://vms.drweb.com/sendvirus/ so that Dr.Web removes that warning in their next database upgrade.

Other antivirus programs show the file as clean.

First, we have already submitted the false positive. The more people will report this issue to Dr.Web, the better. That's why we asked you to do that.

Second, if you don't like our software, you are free not to use it. But we will not tolerate impoliteness, or imperative and unfriendly language on our own forum. Users that show disrespect to us or to other forum members will be banned according to p.4 of the forum rules.

Thank you for understanding.
