IPAD Viewer Disconnects

Hello I am using the current versions of both the viewer and host.  I connect to the host using an IPAD and it constantly disconnects after a few minutes.  I have tried from different networks with the same results.  Is there a setting on the IPAD that can change that will help?

We should examine the Host log files first. Perhaps, the issue is on the Host side rather than on Viewer's. Could you please send us the Host logs to support@remoteutilities.com . Here is how to locate the Host logs https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/host-log/
