can I use self-hosted server without a license?

... and Host installations are all beta2 version. Server is installed on an AWS VM, which appears to work. While I work on making Remote Utilities work properly, the best alternative I've found and am using with remarkable success, is L0gmein Hamachi VPN (not installed on same machine as Viewer) to machines on a trusted remote LAN, and simply connecting to them via RDP. No tools, like screen recording and session notes, but it's super fast, spans multiple monitors, handles remote printing without ...

can I use self-hosted server without a license?

... Internet-ID and Direct connection, then there might be something on the Viewer's side that might be causing such behavior. Could you please clarify if you have any antivirus software installed on the Viewer's side, perhaps, with some add-on like a VPN client? For example, we've been recently reported a similar issue occurring on the Viewer machine with the BitDefender antivirus installed that also included the VPN add-on, which was proxying and editing the https traffic. In case if you have any ...

... automatically. However, in this case, as you noticed, it's not possible to use the Wake-on-LAN feature, which only works if you use direct connection and only for remote Host machines located in the same LAN and the same subnet as the Viewer PC. "Also a VPN too, but not a fan of that solution." Please note that in case if your Viewer and Host machines are located in the same VPN, then we recommend using Direct connection. Direct connection is always faster than an Internet-ID connection, so it's ...

Proper setup with PC that go out of network & WOL

... both, Internet ID and Direct connect together? Internet ID for away from your network and then local for faster connections and WOL. Would I just waste 6 Connections and cascade 1 Server (Direct Connect / Port Forwarded) and 5 WOL PC's? Also a VPN too, but not a fan of that solution. Is there a performance impact if I'm using a public Internet ID server and if connecting to machines that are on the same network? Do you think the developer would ever get WOL working through a public ID ...
