From my viewer how can I get host LAN IP address

Author: Pauline. Hello Rob, Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, if the Internet-ID connection is used, the LAN IP address won't be shown, but we plan to implement such feature in the future. Constant Disconnecting

... degradation. Around 6 PM EDT, things start improving. A few observations: 1) If the viewer connects to the host by Internet-ID, the connection fails several times an hour. 2) I can immediately connect my local computer to the host computer network over VPN and the connection no longer fail. The VPN server is hosted at the same location / network as the host computer. So at a high level, there's not a drastic change in the connection between the two points - except the use of the Internet-ID. 3) Recently,...

Or you can connect to a remote PC directly using RDP through VPN. In some cases, there might be connection drop issues when using the RDP-over-ID feature. This is a known issue and we will be fixing this issue in the future, but unfortunately, no ETA can be given yet. Hope that helps.
