If you ever thought, "should I pay for the non free version of Remote Utilities"

Actually I also use free lic version for years. And I am really happy with all possibilities RU provide. Last year I reach 10 computers in the  Viewer limit, and for couple more connection I have to keep on desktop text file with ip addresses and ports to create and delete connections back and forth. Not big deal, I am not using such connection often, but I am ready to pay $99 "STARTER" for comfortable usage. Only one thing prevent me to pay right now - this license bound to current major RU version. After v8.* will be released I have to buy it again, and not sure I am really want to pay $99 every few years just for comfortable usage of viewer.  
So, if it's possible to create special type of licence to add 10 more remote connection to viewer and not bound this licence to current version - it's will be good opportunity  for users like me pay for it once instead of use free lic.

Thank you for response.
When I open Viewer, It's used first monitor to show main window. After it I open connection to host - in my case it should allocate all space on second monitor, and have to work in fullscreen view mode. Instead of this it open fullscreen view on first monitor. I have to switch it to normal view, move window to second monitor and change mode to fullscreen. It's happened every time I run a host. Kind of annoying.

Is there any way to start viewer directly on second monitor? I have Dual Monitor on viewer and want to open connection to host always (if second monitor connected) on second monitor.

Hello, Alexander.
As I know RU pickup display resolution from attached monitor. You have two options to change it.
- Use Remote Desktop session over RU. This one allow you to set resolution.
- Use Display Emulator Plug like this one: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B06XSZR7CG  (different variety of them exist, amazon just an example)

As a work around:
In the Viewer
- Open File tab and Select Options
- Unselect Tabbed View
- Run Full control for selected host

- World map screen will appear as separate window
- Right click on World map window header
- Select "Send Key" -> "Ctrl-Alt-F12"
In my case it's help. I am still have one host to use this way to avoid endless World map screen.

Just try to copy another folder c:\TMP\Remote Utilities\Version 7.0.0.2
same error,
Try to copy single folder c:\TMP\Remote Utilities\Version 7.0.0.2\viewer7.0.0.2.portable
same error,
another folder c:\TMP\Remote Utilities\Version 7.0.0.1\\viewer7.0.0.1.portable
same error,
After that copy few folder from another programs located at c:\TMP\ - all file copy operations complete, no any problem.

Installed version 7.0.1.0 on both sides host and viewer.
Trying to copy files from viewer computer (Windows 7) to host computer with Win 7 or Win 10 (Tested on 3 different computers)
Source: C:\TMP\Remote Utilities\Version 7.0.1.0\
Destination: C:\TMP\Remote Utilities\
Source folder contain host and viewer installation files and subfolder "Portable" with extracted portable viewer 7.0.1.0
Portable Viewer is NOT RUNNING on Source computer. Running regular viewer.
After few files copying without problem File transfer log show error:
[05.05.2021 04:53:12] Some errors of data transfer occurred.
And file transfer window closed automatically because of check box "Close when operation complete"
Let's disagree - Copy files process is not complete because of error. File transfer log should not be closed until user review.

I try to copy this folder into 3 different destinations (mean 3 different computers). Same result.
I decide one of the file has been locked on source side (I run portable viewer once and unload it after it) Nothing helpful in the log file.
Source computer have few process related to RU (see uploaded image)  
If I stop host and close viewer they disappear.
Also I am able to copy C:\TMP\Remote Utilities\Version 7.0.1.0\ from source computer to any other  file share in the local network.
So I didn't expect anything related Portable viewer is running.

This issue have really low priority.

how can i get Internet ID to program BGinfo?

Registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Usoris\Remote Utilities Host\Host\Parameters
contain binary key parameter InternetId
This binary data is not encrypted, it's just encoded as Hex code. All you need to do is convert Hex code to UTF-8 , and read xml with data.

Or Google "Hex to UTF-8" for more tools.

v7 can't connect first time after boot

Few days ago method "send  a key" to remote laptop do the job. Today morning I have to close "map" windows and run full control mode again. Nothing else works

Hello,
After 7 full years of usage of RU I find out (thank you, Polina)  right click on window with connectes RU host show very useful menu. And I have a question it there any way apply to menu item  "Get Remote Clipboard" hot key combination Alt-Shift-Insert and for "Set Remote Clipboard" Alt-Ctrl-Insert ?
This key combination are not taken yet, so will be good to have it.
I know about "auto clipboard transfer" but with few simulations open connection this clipboard transfer work unstable.
