In my Agent log I see error relating to IP: 192.119.14.178. Can anyone else check their Agent log - this is for an agent that is greyed out - and see if the same IP address comes up... screenshot attached for reference.
This can be accessed via the agent under logging \ show logs folder - choose the latest log file. Its talking about a relay redirect... not sure if it is significant...

this kinda takes your IT infrastructure out of the picture. If you can connect off the network, then join the network and can still connect - your firewall rules are applying the same rules/policies to your outgoing traffic. Once you restart your viewer it stops working... nothing changes on the firewall side...

Keith - can you try testing again after you close the viewer? so you were on another network, connected fine and can view your agents, then you switch to the corporate network and you can still connect to the ones you already connected to. I suspect that the moment you close/reopen your viewer you once again won't be able to...

It definitely seems to be something related to the iiNet and TPG networks... TPG does own iiNet so I'm assuming they share various similar infrastructure and configurations.
So far RUT haven't provided any information to be able to wotk with the ISP to resolve this which is quite disappointing. I have a ticket logged and am hoping they'll give it ome priority.
Ken - are you able to connect your computer to a mobile phone and see if your clients are visible? that's my workaround right now...  I'm looking for a permanent fix though.

Just remembered - Ken - what region are you in where it doesn't work? and what region did you connect to using your  [censored] where it worked?

I'm in Sydney

Hi Conrad - thanks for the response. Unfortunately I've tried this already and it doesn't fix the issue. I started with a blank address book and added a connection that I know exists and should show as online but can not view it because it shows as offline in the viewer and also as grey on the agent I'm trying to connect to.
At this point none of the agents I have installed in my home are working - they're all showing as offline on the agent side.
All the ones I've checked so far are showing a relay redirect to the following IP address: 192.119.14.178
and an error code 96.
This wouldn't doesn't seem like something that is on the user end, this would be something on the internet server end if it is affecting multiple agents, and multiple RUT users.

I don't think the OS is a factor here nor any possible updates. I definitely think something on the backend - possibly the server change that was posted, possibly a DNS/caching issue... but definitely not something on the client end. I think the google remote might be a good backup moving forward...

Keith - do you have an agent running on the computer you use the viewer on? I do...  so this is even stranger...
As my primary PC was unusable, I brought up my secondary and could still see and connect to the primary computer before I updated my address book, even though the primary computer's agent was showing as grey on the primary and showing as online on my secondary.
Now that I've updated the address book on my secondary It no longer shows my primary as online and I can't connect to it either. My primary agent still shows as grey on the primary pc

Keith - are you using an internal RUT Server or the internet based server? I use the internet server

Keith - my clients are mostly home based so generally NBN connections across the spectrum. My home connection is TPG NBN... I've now tried to change my DNS settings on my machine to point to the google server (8.8.8.8) but that didn't do anything :(

Keith - have you made any changes to your address book in the last couple of days? as I mentioned my backup computer seemed to be working fine until I updated the address book, then it stopped...

Hi guys - I'm having the same issues as above - I'm also in Australia although I don't know if this is part of the problem.
I have flushed my DNS cache and turned off my windows firewall - nothing so far has fixed the issue.
I have 2 computers that I run the viewer on (1 is a backup) so when my primary computer failed to show my clients as online I then went to my secondary computer which was working. The problem is that my address book was not up to date, so I copied y address book from my main computer onto my secondary as I have done countless times.
My secondary computer now ALSO refuses to show my clients as online or connect to any clients.
I've also tried to now revert the address book to the previous (working) version and still no luck on either computer.
This is definitely not something that is environment related ... help please!!!
