Hello, when using Remote Utilities software to remote control a host PC, is connecting via using the Internet_ID method highly secure as it mentions in the Remote Utilities documentation that this connection method bypasses our Cisco hardware firewall? "Bypassing firewalls" sounds dangerous and sounds like it may be less secure than other connection methods? Could you please explain how this works in terms of security? Many thanks in advance.
