I don't know what happened, but I went back and removed Remote Utilities manually again and it seems to have reinstalled correctly. Basically, I just searched the registry for "Remote Utilities" (which also picks up the Usoris key), deleted anything I found there, and then removed the Remote Utilities folders from Program Files (x86) and ProgramData. I think I'll be okay now. Thanks for forwarding the crash dump.

I have a number of Windows 7 hosts that had to be reinstalled after they somehow got corrupted, would not uninstall, would not reinstall, and had to be hacked out of the workstations via regedit and Windows Explorer. When I reinstall, the installation appears to complete, but does not bring up the configuration page, and if I open the host configuration manually, I get the below crash. Am I missing something? I know we'll need to upgrade them to Windows 10 eventually (the corruption also affected our Windows 10 workstations, but I've been able to reinstall successfully), but what can I do in the meantime?
