Using AGENT is the easiest way for me to get connected to a new client. However, if they chose to keep me as their IT department I do not see an easy way for me, remotely, to switch them from AGENT to the HOST. Walking new clients through installing HOST is not ideal. So, is there a way to make the switch using the AGENT remote connection?
