Just an Update Info

For me it starts after machine start and it will then stop working after 5 to 10 minutes.  I can restart the service, same issue.  It's one three machines.  All of them have this issue.  Since moving to one of the 7.x versions.  I will send logs next week as I just quite trying to use it after a year of no fixes.

Seems to be the same issue as Matthew.  He posted a link to this issue on my thread, and at first wasn't sure, but the symptoms are the same in the last few posts.  Maybe I didn't read far enough last time.

Remote Utilities Host Can't Connect Until Restarted

Setting it to stay awake wasn't the trick.  I have submitted to Sophos and they say there is no issue, either.  I have excluded from App Control and AV in Sophos.  No change.  The service show running, but there is no connection until the app is restarted.

Both are 6.12beta4.  I use Internet-ID.  It was fine with beta2.  I will try another host.

I used Beta 2 with no real issues, but with Beta 4, it's takes a LONG time to connect remote machine.  I haven't actually timed it, but will try to.

Over a minute at least and seems longer.  I don't actually see the remote machine screen at all during that time, just the "connecting" window.  Windows 10, 20H2 on both machine.  1Gb fiber on both ends.  Fortinet firewall on the connecting side.  Home connection on client side.  I haven't tried connecting the other way.
