@Polina
Yes it was color, I found the cause was the "save transparency" was on by accident when I made screen capture and it defaulted to black as transparent, the text messed up by transparency setting. as shown.

Thanks, btw in above post I made, the attached PNG image file looks like it's been converted to black and white for display purposes. Is that normal because it looks horrible on the web page. (I tested with 2 different platform/browser and see same result)

Just did this forum search some results are not viewable and I am getting this screen (see attached). Anyone else getting this?

These are results I found so farthat did not work:

Connection through VPN https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/forums/messages/forum1/message9108/connection-through-vpn

How can they be in result list but pages missing - forum bug?

(not really any appropriate forum for this topic)

I read RU server setup it cleary  implies talking to RU server is via external assigned dns name; router open port etc.

I was thinking is there any reason I could not setup an RU server for ONLY local network use, so local viewer contacts RU server (using local IP address) which brokers connection to (also using a local IP address) to another local PC running host.exe/agent process via it local IP address.

The main reason is to have a common address book setup on RU server.
