Hello,
Somehow I deleted one of the viewing panes in file transfer.
Previously, the left side was a folder in my local computer and right side was a folder in the remote computer
Now, the best I can do is setup two tabs, one that I can set to a folder in my local computer and one with the remote computer's target folder.
I tested this and tried to do a transfer of a test file that was in the local computer tab to the remote computer tab.
Apparently, the local computer tab does not seem to be associated with the open remote computer tab -- my test file ended up elsewhere on the remote computer, not in the folder open in the remote computer tab.
Anyway, HOW do I get my original dual pane view back again??
(I tried uninstalling and re-installing RU Viewer but still only have tabbed file transfer panes.)

Hello Raymond,
Thank you for your post.
You can reset the Viewer options by deleting the file config_4.xml found in %appdata%\Remote Utilities Files\ folder. In the future, we will implement an easier way to reset to the defaults in the File Transfer mode.
Hope that helps.

Hello Conrad,
Yes, that fixed the problem.
Many thanks!
(P.S. One side effect was that I needed to restore my license in order to connect to the remote computer.)

Are there any instructions for File Transfer?

Hello Peake,
Do you mean documentation? Yes, of course. Feel free to visit this page https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/docs/file-transfer/
