Viewer version 6.9.4.0
Remote computer: Windows 10
Viewer computer: Windows 7
When I try to log on to my personal computer from my work computer using the same WiFi network, everything works fine, but as soon as I am on a different WiFi network, I get "Unable to connect" message.
Anyone have any suggestions? Am I setting something up wrong? Let me know what more information is needed :)
