I have been following the tutorial to to set up local server so i could use faster connection since it seems very slow on default servers. However i cant seem to get it to work from multiple tries. I have installed RU server app, run it, then go to the host >internet-ID connection settings>advanced>sel ect Internet-ID server, then uncheck the box and enter getaway address or dns name(tried both) and then restart the host. However once i select it it the app logo in notification area greys out and i cannot make a connection fr om other computer. What am i doing wrong? Thanks a lot for help.

Hello Darius,
This error means that Host has issues connecting to your server. See Windows Sockets Error Codes.
Please, double check that you use the correct IP address or DNS name and that (if it's a DNS name) the IP address is resolved properly from your DNS name. You should also check if any security software is blocking the connection on either side and the self-hosted server port is allowed.
