Been searching through the forums but found nothing about this. If I understand all the documentation and videos correct, we would have to add each and every support case to our list of connections?

Is there any possibility of just getting a list from the "idle" tab on an RU server when logged into the viewer, and then directly connect to them using the username/password I'm already logged in as on the RU server? Similar to the competitions "support queue" feature, especially if you have mainly one time (or close to) customers. This is the main reason we would decide to swap out our old license at [the one everyone else uses]. That and having our (RU) server inhouse.

Also, as others has requested, getting rid of the "password" box in the agent when using "custom server security" would look a lot better.

Lastly, enable locale on the "Run on reboot" checkbox in the agent.

Hello Peter,

Thank you for your message.

Is there any possibility of just getting a list from the "idle" tab on an RU server when logged into the viewer, and then directly connect to them using the username/password I'm already logged in as on the RU server?

Unfortunately, there is no such feature yet. The idle tab of the RU Server admin console just indicates the Hosts that are currently listening to the server and are ready for connection. However, if your server works as both - a sync server and a relay server, you can set it up to automatically add Hosts to a designated folder in your address book once the Hosts reveal themselves to the server (i.e. connect to the server the first time once you have specified the custom server's address in the Host's settings). This way, you can create a folder in your address book and name it accordingly, for example, Inbox, so when a Host connects to your Server, the information about this Host including its Internet-ID code will be added to the Inbox folder in your address book.  You can also add prefixes to the connection names. For more information, please refer to this tutorial on setting up auto import.

Also, as others has requested, getting rid of the "password" box in the agent when using "custom server security" would look a lot better.

We already have this feature in our wishlist and we will implement it in our future updates. Thank you for your suggestion.

Lastly, enable locale on the "Run on reboot" checkbox in the agent.

Could you please clarify if you mean the Run after reboot checkbox in the Agent window? If this is the case, this feature is already available at the lower part of the Agent window. If you mean something else, could you please elaborate a bit more on this?

Hope that helps.

Ah, thank you for the tip about the autoimport. Going to evaluate that too.

Regarding the "Run after reboot" checkbox in the agent window it's not adjusting to locale/language. It seems to be statically in english. The rest shows in the local language. Haven't tried other languages yet so it could simple be an error/miss in the translation for Swedish specifically.

Hello Peter,

Thank you for the clarification. I have checked with my coworkers on this - we will update our localizations in the nearest future. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please let us know if you have other questions.
