After resetting a few business PCs to factory Settings and re-setting them up (standard for us here) we have come across fatal error for the installation of Host.
Apart from Remote app they are blank PCs so there shouldn't be any reason for corrupting. Is this a new windows update issue or is this an issue with the app? We are using the latest version of host with windows version 1809/1903 on the PCs
We could use a screenshot of the error screen as well as the portion of the system event log that might record this error event. Would it be possible to send those to support@remoteutilities.com?
