I just noticed when I need to type a capital letter I usually use shift key but its not working, also if I need to type a sybol I would type shift+4 for $ but it doesn't seem to work on any of my host computer when using the viewer
I just noticed 5.6.0.5 was released this version seems to have fixed this issue
thank you

I have the version 6.1.0.3 and I experience exact same issue. Basically all modifier key like ALT, CTRL, SHIFT don't work. I mean I have machines with password which contains "!" and I simply can't login as windows 8 does not allow to paste via right click paste... the CTRL + V doesn't work so I am in trouble because the machine is like 200km away from me
EDIT: Viewer PC reboot solved the issue.

Hello Matt,
Quick question - did you reboot the machine since you installed the Viewer? I.e. was it a first reboot since installation?
That could probably help us find the cause of the issue.

I'm searching through the forums and finding a few of these posts because I have the same issues. Does anyone know what the resolution is? I can't seem to find one.
