All clients are showing as OFFLINE

I'm using the standard licensed Windows version of RU and have two dozen connections all of which are showing as OFFLINE.

All my users that I have spoken to are reporting the same thing when trying to attach to their desktops.

Our Internet-ID servers are up and running right now. It seems that there was some short downtime period, but right now everything seems to work. However, we will additionally check our ID servers, just to see if everything works properly. We will let you know if there are any updates on the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.
