I am trying to use Remote Utilities to remotely support a specialist piece of software.
Connection can be established but each time the specialist software is run, the remote host crashes and as a result connection is lost.
I then have to restart the remote host and then this works fine (after specialist software is loaded ok).
I can see that the CPU goes really high when running this software on start up, so am wondering if this is the issue, and Remote Utilities cannot support it?
I have turned the CPU usage down to low in the Remote Utilities manager for each connection but still this happens.
Has anyone else experienced this? - or am I missing something??
I am desperately trying to get this to work on first connection if possible without having to relaunch it and reestablish connectivity once the CPU usage has died down.....
Thanks in advance!!

Hello Anthony ,
Thank you for your message.
Am I right guessing that it's the Full Control and View mode that you run when the Host crashes? If so perhaps the reason might be outdated graphics card driver. I recommend that you update your GPU card driver.
Hope that helps.
