Black Screen

I am getting a black screen when viewing one of my computers. All of the other ones work fine, except for this one. When looking at the physical screen, the mouse moves in a very jittery manner and only updates every 10-ish seconds. I've tested the speed of the network connectivity from the computer with the problem and have seen no problems. This computer is located in the same place as all the other computers. I have tried restarting, and it has not worked. I am running an RU server setup on Windows Server 2016, the hosts on Windows 10, and the viewer on Windows 10.
