While building a new 7.0 installer using the MSI configurator, I select Custom server security, configure my server info, and then click the User and access control button.  I login with a valid username and it shows that it is signing in but then nothing happens, so I am  unable to select any users to enable for authentication.

Even after installing the 7.0 host on a machine, if I go into the Host settings and try to enable Custom server security, I see the same behavior where nothing happens after logging in when clicking the Users and access control button.

I have also found that typing any username and password, valid or not, results in no errors either.

Just had a face palm moment.  Realized I was trying to use my Viewer lock password instead of my actual RU server account password.  Would be nice if this actually resulted in a login error instead of just nothing, but at least I figured it out and I am able to add users for authentication now with a true valid user/password.
