Hello,
Since Wednesday, I've been unable to get any host or client to resolve id.remoteutilities.com. The viewer shows offline clients and the host shows connection not available. The host logs give your server address (id71), Port: 443; Socket Error # 11001 Host not found.(EIdSocketError). I've done all the troubleshooting provided on your pages. I installed a host locally and can connect directly without any firewall modifications necessary but not through the ID server. I've cleared the DNS cache and I'm sure my ISP hasn't closed the ports. I also cannot ping the ID servers locally or remotely through sites online. Any ideas?
All clients are Windows 10 and updated, Viewer and Host locally are 7.1.7.0. but could not connect regardless as of Sept.14.

Hi Chad,
Could your antivirus software or perimeter antivirus software (e.g. at the corporate network or at your ISP) be blocking our servers?
