Unfortunately, it's not possible to limit Host to only 1 user account since it's always running in the background as a system process and, therefore, affects all users on a machine.
You can try using
Agent instead - this is our module for on-demand support and attended remote sessions. Agent runs as an application under the current Windows user and doesn't require installation or administrative rights. However, please note that Agent can only be started manually since it's an on-demand module, i.e. it won't launch automatically on system startup in the same way that Host does.
