host asks for user and password with a modal

Good evening, when I am connected to a host to install a software and on the remote PC a modal opens asking for credentials (user and password) I don't see them and therefore I can't install the software, can this problem be solved?

Thank you for your message.

Could you please double-check if you’re using Host and not Agent? This issue usually occurs when Agent is used instead of Host since Agent doesn’t provide administrator privileges to install software. For more information please see this page.
