VIEWER is using V. 7.2.2.0 (70220) Windows 10
HOST #1 is using V. 7.2.2.0 (70220) Windows 10
When Viewer logs into Host #1 computer, Host #1's screen goes black (but Viewer is able to see and operate Host #1's screen). Host #1 is able to see only Viewer's cursor moving.
When Viewer tested another Host #2's computer, Host #2's screen remained visible to both Host #2 and Viewer.
How can I correct the problem with Host #1's screen?
Thank you,
Julie Crouch

Hello Julie,
Thank you for your message.
It looks like you might have the Blank the host's screen feature enabled in the Connection Properties -> Additional properties tab. Please try disabling this feature and see if the remote Host's screen works as expected during the connection.
Hope that helps.

Hi Pauline,
Thank you SO much for your message. I just followed your instructions. Then, when I logged into the host's screen , it did not go black. You solved my problem. I really appreciate your help.
