Hello. Please tell me if the server has the ability to synchronize permissions with the AD? I read about the ability to create groups and users on the server, but I didn’t find anything about synchronization from AD.
Do you mean synchronizing your AD tree into your RU Server address book? If this is the case, you can set up automated sync, so that RU Server automatically imports your AD computers according to set schedule. You can follow this guide to set up the automatic sync. If you mean something else, please let us know.
Pauline, I mean, what if I want to add the ability to connect to hosts to a new Tech from AD, do I need to reconfigure and reinstall the hosts? Or can I somehow synchronize this change through the RU server?
