I'm experiencing an issue where my connection will randomly close. I then have to completely exit the viewer application and relaunch it to connect again. Any assistance would be appreciated. Below are the logs contents after the crash:

Hello Jhon,

Thank you for your message.

Could you please try enabling the Viewer log following this guide and try reproducing the issue once again? If you’re able to reproduce it, please email us the log file to support@remoteutilities.com.
In addition, please try downloading the most recent beta version of Viewer available on this page and see if the issue persists when using the beta version.

Let us know if this helps.
