I'm continuously getting an error updating Viewer to 7.5.1.0 - the error from the install log is: Error updating Viewer to 7.5.1.0 - Windows Installer reconfigured the product. Product Name: Remote Utilities - Viewer. Product Version: 7.5.1.0. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Remote Utilities Pte. Ltd.. Reconfiguration success or error status: 1603.

Troubleshooting so far -

* all Windows updates complete
* disabled Malwarebytes
* trying running the installer as administrator

I've subsequently found I can run the viewer but it removed it from the desktop. Replacing the icon wasn't an issue, so things appear to have returned to normal. The error was disconcerting, especially given my immediate requirement to remotely access a client PC.

You can close this now, but the error needs to be looked into by your dev team.
