So i have just started using this program, and its installed on 2 windows 10 laptops. The machine i want to control (Laptop A) has the lid closed all the time I believe ihave changed the windows setting to "do nothing" when the lid is closed. But with the lid closed i cant connect with Laptop B. soon as i open the lid it connects
If you’re already using the latest version of Remote Utilities 7.6.2.0, could you please try enabling the Use legacy capture mode feature in the Host Settings -> Other settings? After enabling the feature, please restart your Host to apply the changes.
