I want to change my password. It shows my account name and email address, and when I click "Edit profile", it takes me to the screen remoteutilities.com/support/forums/user/6384/edit/ and the page says "Access denied".
Ok, so I log out then log back in, but click the link that says "Forgot your password?" and the next screen requests my email, then when I click submit it says CAPTCHA code is incorrect, but there was no captcha code.

Yes, it works now. I was able to change my password.
