I just started using Remote Utilities recently. When I'm connected to my host for a period of maybe 3ish, 4ish hours, I'll lose all left mouse click functionality in the host. The issue persists if I disconnect and reconnect to the host, and it also persists within the host even if I am using a locally connected mouse. I can still use the keyboard without incident.
I have to reboot the machine to return left-click functionality.
Anyone know if there's anything I can fix or try?

Hello Mike,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please try adding Remote Utilities installation folders to the exception list of your a/v software (even if it is the default Windows Defender) and see if this might help to resolve the issue? You can follow this guide heree to do so.
Hope that helps.

I added the exclusions, saved them, rebooted the PC in question, and reconnected. Eventually the issue recurred.
Hello Mike,
In this case, we would have to try and see if we’re able to reproduce the issue in our environment. In case if you find that the issue still reoccurs, please feel free to let us know or send any additional information you may have.
Thank you.
