I came across your program by chance, but I just can't persuade the viewer to start. I have already downloaded the setup from the homepage several times and when I want to start it under Windows 11, no interface appears and nothing runs in the task manager either. I have already checked the Defender but there is nothing that is blocked or deleted. What else can I do
Have you already tried adding the Viewer installation folder to the exception list of your Windows Defender? If you haven’t done that yet, please try doing so following this guide.
