ctrl+alt+del does not work

I'm trying to connect my office PC now. ctrl+alt+del does not work. I cannot login now. Would anyone help? Thank you.

Yes, I have successfully connected to this computer before. This is the first time ctrl+alt+del marco does not work. Thank you.

Please try to reboot your remote PC.

That's impossible. I have some works do not save. I will try again tmr when I am in office. Thank you.
