Connection Stopped Working

I've been using RemoteUtilities for about 3 months and yesterday during a session it disconnected and stopped working. I checked the server install on the host PC and it is up to date and pinging it gets a response (using ping 72.55.184.118 and getting 4 responses on both host and client). On the client side I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and entered the server number. However, when I select "full control" it clicks quickly over to "offline".

I happened to right click on the program icon and "Run as Administrator" just to see. And it worked!
I've never had to do that before - but I'm glad I got it figured out.
