Hi everybody,

I'm asking for your help!
I have a rather strange situation ... I can't start viewer on a Win XP SP3 machine.
Just installed it and when I tried to lunch it for the first time ... nothing! It won't start, no error messages, no logs ... no nothing.
What can I do ?

Could you please specify, what file or shortcut are you executing to start Viewer?
