Hi!
When I try to use file transfer (viewer side), the dialog doesn't show the directory contents, either local or remote. The region where normally appears the file list is just a blank square.
If you manually type a valid directory for each pane, and sel ect all files from one of them (Ctrl-A) and then press F5 button, it works (copies the files as expected)
It was working well after the first time I installed RU, but I have this issue fr om a couple of days ago.
Best Regards.

Hello Pablo,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please try to reinstall Viewer. It should help.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Anton!
Thank you very much for your prompt response.
I already tried that idea. Continues with the same behaviour.
Any other suggestion?

Pablo,
Do you have the same behavior with all Hosts or just with this one?
Looking forward to your reply.

Pablo,
That is what you should do:
1. Export all your connections (to keep them safe) Tools -> Export connections...
2. Uninstall Viewer
3. Delete %AppData%\Remote Utilities Files folder
4. Reboot
5. Install Viewer
6. Reboot
7. Import your connections back
Looking forward to your reply.
