i can't control remote pc.i can see black screen.
but terminal job(dos command screen) is worrking very well.
please help me.
test equipment
host : windows 2003r2(turned off antivirus)
viewer : windows 2012r2, windows 8.1

Please, reboot the Host PC and try the Full Control/View mode again to see if it works.

Remote session isn't necessary because the problem is apparently on the Host side - we'll see the same black screen in the Viewer as you do.dongcheol shin wrote:

Please, follow this KB article https://www.remoteutilities.com/support/kb/full-control-and-view-mode-isn-t-working-or-is-unstable/ . Double check that you have recent graphics card driver installed.
